This cocoa extract has a rich and intensely sweet, natural cocoa scent, creamier than the absolute, fattier and with a milk-chocolate odour, rather than a dark cocoa scent.

Please note that this is a solid extract and only partialy soluble in alcohol, so it requires filtering.
