Method of extraction: Volatile solvent extraction

A warm and sweet cardamom note, far superior to the essential oil. We even prefer it to the CO2 extract, which we adore. This absolute, however, offers warmth and complexity beyond that of other cardamom materials, alongside a mellower yet more tenacious spicy note that’s easy to integrate into most fragrance families, although it will still dominate a composition, so small doses are still required.
