Aromatic, spicy, warm and opulent, a blend of everything that we love about spices in one extract. Extracted from allspice or pimento berries, the aroma is a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and black pepper. It has a very Gourmand character and so much complexity that it’s hard to believe this comes from only one type of berry, but it does! We like it so much that we’ve used it to replace some of the cinnamon in all our Christmas blends!
