RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All orders/product(s) should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any problems with the order/product(s) should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of your order/product(s). Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement and must come with an order number. You are responsible for the shipping costs and this will not be refunded to you. Please email email@example.com to obtain a return authorisation.
Any product(s) should be returned within 14 days from the shipping date and, without exception, must be in their original unopened and unused condition. It is easy to detect if a product has been used and we remain within our rights to not issue a refund should this be the case.
Without exception, Marina Barcenilla Parfums is not responsible for any returns that are lost in the post when being returned to us.
We recommend that you insure your package containing the product(s) you are returning to us and that you obtain tracking information for your own protection.
If your package was damaged by the courier during shipment, please save the box, packaging and product(s), and notify us immediately. We will ask you to return it to us and/or send photographic evidence.
All prices are shown on the website in GBP and are inclusive of UK VAT. Customers who reside outside of the UK will be liable for any bank/card charges, currency exchange fees, and for any tax or custom charges applicable to their own countries. These fees will not be refunded in the event of a return or cancellation.
Marina Barcenilla Parfums reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
